So I started playing with FLASH a while back and made the animation found at the below site, that shows you how to go about shotgun sequencing a genome.

there is no audio right now...so you'll just have to figure out what is going on using the visual ques...you biology nerds out there have a better chance then everyone else at getting whats going on.
