East Coast Images (2006.10.25)

I was on the eas coast for a little business and a lot of playing about a week ago and here are some of the images that go along with the trip. All in all I got to visit Mass, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Don't really understand all the hype behind Vermont. It was my least favorite of the states...the mountains were so-so and the economy was kind of what would happen if you let Berkeley Hippies run their own state...potishly slow...but on the plus side, everyone seemed uber friendly.

Tide pool life in Sea Anemone of Desert Island in Maine. General phlyla are similar to whats seen in california/pacfic water, but everything is really really small....may be because intertidal zone freezes in winter?
